Recipe Ingredient
- 2 pieces beancurd
- cooking oil
- 200g minced meat
- 1 tsp dark soya sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oatmeal
- 3 tsp soyabean paste
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- spring onion, chopped
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Ingredients to be chopped:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb-size piece of ginger
Instructions
- Mix dark soya sauce with meat and oatmeal. Set aside. Fry beancurd in oil. Dish up. Use the same oil to fry onion, garlic and ginger.
- Stir in meat and oatmeal. Add soyabean paste, chilli sauce and beancurd. Continue frying. Then add in 2 tbsp water. Finally, add spring onion, chilli and sesame oil. Cook for a minute. Serve.
