- 60g plain flour, sifted
- 60g butter, diced
- 20g oats
- 20g slivered almonds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
Instructions
- Put sifted flour into a mixing bowl. Rub in diced butter using your fingertips then add oats, almonds and ground cinnamon followed by brown sugar. Mix evenly and sprinkle crumble as a topping mixture over your fruit dishes.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden and crisp.
