Recipe Ingredient
- 300g beef fillet, cut into thin strips
- 250g fresh yellow noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- Marinade:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- A dash of oil
- 200g green bok choy
- 100g cauliflower, cut into small florets
- l/2 red capsicum
- 1/2 yellow capsicum
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium oyster sauce with dried scallops
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
- A few drops dark soy sauce (for colour)
- 2 to 3 tbsp water or stock
Instructions
- Marinate beef with marinade, set aside for 30 minutes then scald the marinated beef for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry noodles with seasoning. Return beef to the wok, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables and fry until well combined. Add a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
- Dish out and serve immediately.
