Recipe Ingredient
- 1 packet Japanese kuzukiri noodles
- 40g spinach (diced)
- 40g red chilli (diced)
- 80g pickled cabbage (diced)
- 80g minced pork
- 40g garlic (minced)
- Seasoning:
- 30g soya sauce
- 10g thick soya sauce
- 10g sugar
- 5g sesame oil
- 5g monosodium glutamate
Instructions
- Soak noodles in hot water until soft. Stir fry all ingredients with noodles in the wok for 1 minute. Add seasoning and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
