Recipe Ingredient
- pan mee (flat flour noodles); mix 150g flour with water and oil.
- 200g dried anchovies
- 100g chicken meat, diced
- 100g minced pork
- 100g vegetables (any leafy vegetable of your choice)
- 1.5 litres of water
- 3 chinese mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- Shallot crisps
- chilli (blended)
- Seasoning:
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- Garnishing:
- Shallot crisps
- ikan bilis
Instructions
- Deep-fry anchovies.
- Boil water, add ikan bilis.
- Remove ikan bilis.
- Add chicken and pork plus mushrooms in a sieve, cook for ten minutes.
- Add eggs and vegetable and seasoning.
- Add in noodle.
- Served with a dash of sesame oil and garnishing.
