My first attempt at making creme brulee with my new Panasonic NU-SC300 30L Steam Convection Cubie Oven and was glad that it was a success! This recipe is for 4 small ramekins.

Recipe Ingredient
- 420ml whipping cream
- 100ml milk
- 2 pinch of vanilla extract
- 5 large egg yolks
- 50g golden caster sugar
Instructions
- Pour cream and milk into pan and bring to boil, then add vanilla extract
- Mix the egg yolks and caster sugar into a mixing bowl then whisk for 1 min until paler in color and fluffy
- Mix cream and egg
- Preheat oven 180'C for 4 minutes
- Bake in oven at 180'C for 35 minutes
- Wait until cool then keep in fridge
- Add sugar on top layer then use a blow torch to caramelize sugar
- Ready to serve
