- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic(pound)
- 4 curry leaves(cut small)
- half inch ginger(cut small)
- 1 packet yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- a bowl of cooked rice
- 4 tbsps oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.cAdd onion,garlic curry leaves,and ginger.
- Fry well then add in rice,milk and yogurt. Mix well till well blend.
- Serve hot or cold.
