Recipe Ingredient
- 10g agar-agar powder
- 75g castor sugar
- 600ml water
- 30ml fresh milk
- 1 tbsp almond powder
Instructions
- Combine water, agar-agar powder and sugar in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar and agar-agar powder are completely dissolved.
- Mix almond powder with fresh milk then add to the jelly mixture. Keep stirring until well combined. Pour mixture into a tray and leave to set at room temperature, then refrigerate and chill well. Cut into serving pieces.
