- 600g chicken cutlet
- 25g corn flour
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 egg white
- salt and pepper to taste
- 200g Nyolike Marmite Sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Lightly marinade 600g chicken cutlet with some salt, pepper, corn flour, sesame oil & egg white.
- Deep fried chicken & put a side.
- Heat up 200g Marmite Sauce & add in previous pre-fried chicken, cost well until dried.
