- Bottom Layer
- 250g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 14Tbsp condensed milk
- 2nos eggs
- 24g all-purpose flour
- 1cup+1Tbsp corn flour
- Middle Layer
- 200ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 150ml water
- 2nos eggs
- pinch of salt
- 90g sugar
- 70g all-purpose flour
- Top Layer
- 200ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 150ml water
- 2nos eggs
- 90g sugar
- 50g custard flour
- dash of vanilla essence
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk. Mix till well combined. Then, add the eggs
- Once the mixture has come together, fold in both the all-purpose flour and corn flour. Transfer the batter to the greased pan and sprinkle the top with some crushed oreos till the surface is covered. Steam for 15 minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and strain the batter before adding some cocoa powder to color the batter. Heat up the mixture till it slightly bubbles. Transfer over to the steamed bottom layer and steam for another 20 minutes.
- Tip : Make sure to open the lid every 5 minutes during the 20 minutes of steaming. Leave it to cool for 5 minutes once its done and poke on the steamed layers before pouring over the top layer batter
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and strain the batter before adding your choice of coloring (mine is purple). Heat up the mixture till it slightly bubbles. Transfer over to the steamed middle layer and steam for another 20 minutes.
- Similarly, make sure to open the lid every 5 minutes during the 20 minutes of steaming. And to leave it to cool for 5 minutes once its done.
