Recipe Ingredient
- Two cups of finger millet flour
- Half a cup of shredded coconut
- Two tablespoons of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Water
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water until becomes dough consistency – not too soft and sticky. Form into small, flat, round pieces (like thin pizza crust).
- Cook the roti in a pan that is lightly oiled to make sure the dough does not stick. Cook both sides until lightly brown.
