- 140g Unsalted Butter, cubed
- 112ml Milk
- 140g Horlicks Powder
- 36g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 ½ tbsp Pandan Emulco
- Pinch of Salt
- 280g Munchy’s Marie Biscuits (Original)
Instructions
- Crush Munchy’s Marie Biscuits (Original) into small pieces.
- Melt unsalted butter over low heat.
- Once butter is melted, add sweetened condensed milk, milk, Horlicks powder, pandan emulco and salt.
- Add crushed Marie biscuits into the pot and mix well to ensure biscuits are evenly coated.
- Pour biscuit mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Make sure the surface is as flat as possible.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
