- Chocolate Truffles:
- 190g Munchy’s Lexus Chocolate Chip Cookies (Dark Choc)
- 28g Butter
- 180g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 35g Evaporated Milk
- Coconut Coating:
- 45g Dried Desiccated Coconut
Instructions
- Toast the dried desiccated coconut on a dry pan over medium heat until it’s golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- Blend Munchy’s Lexus Chocolate Chip Cookies (Dark Choc) in the food processor until it forms a very fine powder.
- Heat the butter in a microwave until melted.
- Pour butter into the cookie crumbs and and then add the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk until it’s all blended together.
- Once your cookie mixture is smooth, allow it to cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the cookie mixture is easy to manage.
- Remove the cookie mixture from the fridge and roll into balls.
- Roll the balls over the toasted desiccated coconut and serve immediately.
- If not served immediately, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
