Recipe Ingredient
- (A):
- 300g cooked rice
- 1 packet Maggi Biryani Rice Mix
- 150g tomatoes
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp shallots (minced)
- 4 pandan leaves
- water
- 2 tbsp oil
- (B):
- 300g chicken fillet
- 150g mixed beans
- 2 red chillies
- 250g beancurd puffs
- a few leaves of lettuce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
- Seasoning:
- 2 tsp seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock granules
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 3 tsp oil
Instructions
- Wash and dice chicken fillet. Marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes.
- Dice tomatoes and red chillies. Shred lettuce and beancurd puffs. Deep-fry beancurd puffs until crispy.
- Heat oil and stir fry garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add ingredients (A). Heat oil in a wok and cook ingredients (B).
- Serve rice with ingredients (B), fried beancurd puffs and lettuce. Garnish with red chillies.
