Recipe Ingredient
- 1 fish -siakap/kerapu
- 2-3 serai chopped
- 1 bunga kantan chopped
- 2 leaves limau purut
- 1 inch ginger julienned
- garlic & onion sliced
Instructions
- Simmer all ingredients except for fish in water.
- Add salt, fish sauce, chicken cube, brown sugar & lime juice.
- Pour on fish & steam with lots of chilli padi.
