Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 fish -siakap/kerapu
  • 2-3 serai chopped
  • 1 bunga kantan chopped
  • 2 leaves limau purut
  • 1 inch ginger julienned
  • garlic & onion sliced

Instructions

  1. Simmer all ingredients except for fish in water.
  2. Add salt, fish sauce, chicken cube, brown sugar & lime juice.
  3. Pour on fish & steam with lots of chilli padi.
