- Ingredients A:
- 1kg Clams
- 50g Basil Leaves
- 3 tbsp Angel Brand Plum Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Ingredients B (Chopped):
- 1 tsp Angel Brand Bean Paste
- 1 Red Chili
- 5 Chili Pad
- 1 tbsp Garlic
Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry ingredients (B) until aromatic.
- Add clams, stir evenly. Cover wok lid until clams are cooked.
- Add basil leaves, sugar and Angel Brand Plum Sauce. Stir evenly and it's ready to serve.
