Recipe Ingredient
- 2 kg mud crabs
- (A) mix well:
- 100 ml light soy sauce
- 6 tbsp rice wine
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- (B):
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 50g gingerscraped and sliced thinly 1tbsp sliced garlic chopped spring onions for garnish Instructions Cut crabs into halves and clean well. Arrange crabs in a deep dish, pour ingredients (A) over and sprinkle with ingredients (B). Steam the crabs for 15 minutes over rapidly boiling water. Remove and garnish with chopped spring onions.
