Recipe Ingredient
- Shredded finely
- 3cm ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp chilli paste
- 1 ½ tbsp fish curry powder
- 2 stalks lemon grass, lightly smashed
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp ikan bilis stock granules
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 flower crabs, cleaned and cut into quarters
- 3 long beans, cut into 4cm lengths
- 1 onion, cubed
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger and garlic until golden and fragrant.
- Add chilli paste and fish curry powder, lemon grass and curry leaves. Fry until fragrant.
- Add seasoning and crabs and long beans. Toss well to combine. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add onion and stir-fry until sauce is thick.
- Serve immediately.
