Recipe Ingredient
- 450g - 500g salmon fillet
- Marinade:
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp pounded garlic
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients together. Put the salmon fillet in a mixing bowl then pour in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Turn the salmon fillet occasionally.
- Wrap salmon in foil and grill for seven to eight minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked. Transfer on to a plate and serve immediately.
