Recipe Ingredient
- 2 to 3 extra large prawns
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilipadi
- 3 tbsp white wine
Instructions
- Cut prawns lengthwise. Lightly sprinkle the cut side of the prawns with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a good quality stainless steel wok; add in garlic and cilipadi, and stir-fry till aromatic. Put in prawns and cover the wok with a lid. Cook for two to three minutes over low heat.
- Lift the lid briefly and add in wine; cover again and continue to cook for an extra three to four minutes until the gravy is almost dry. Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Dish up and serve immediately.
