Recipe Ingredient
- 2 dory fish fillet ( can get at the frozen storage )
- Butter
- 1/2 clove of garlic( finely chop)
- milk
- Slice cheese ( the type eat with bread )
- lemon ( Optional )
- some vegetables ( for boil )
Instructions
- Marinade the fillet with pinch of salt and pepper leave it a while before pan-fry it with a little bit of butter.
- As for the sauce, use different pan put some butter and melt it and then put in the chopped garlic and stir for a while then pour in some milk and cook for around 30 sec . Afterthat one may put the 2 - 5 slice of cheese into it and stir slowly in low heat until thicken. Add in some salt and ground black peppercorn for taste.
- Can serve the dish with a fillet and some boil vegetables. Pour some sauce on the fillet.
- p/n : Chicken Breast fillet also can be use to replace fish fillet.
- Too much milk will make the sauce look watery.
- You may add some lemon juice if you like creamy soury sauce.
