Recipe Ingredient
- 250-300g white fish fillet
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- A dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2-3 hamburger rolls
- A few slices cucumber
- Some lettuce leaves
- 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Dab dry fish fillet. Marinate in light soya sauce, ginger juice and pepper for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and sesame oil in a saucepan. Pan-fry fish for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish is cooked through.
- Split and lightly toast the burger rolls.
- Place a piece of fish fillet, some cucumber, lettuce and a little mayonnaise on each half of the burger roll. Top with the remaining half of the rolls and serve immediately.
