Recipe Ingredient
- 140g garoupa fillets
- 300g clams
- 2 dl olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 10g coriander
- 30g flour
- 120g boiled potatoes
- White wine
Instructions
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon and marinate for 20 minutes. Dip both sides of the fillets in flour and fry them in olive oil on low heat. Use the same olive oil to fry the clams with the chopped garlic and coriander until they open. Finally, add the wine and leave it to cook for a few minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
