Recipe Ingredient
- 150g ikan bilis, rinsed
- 2 chicken carcasses, cleaned and chopped
- 450g yam bean (sengkuang), peeled and cubed
- 2½ litres water
- Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- ½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Blanch the chicken carcasses in boiling water. Remove and rinse well. Bring water to a boil and add ikan bilis, chicken carcasses and yam bean.
- Cook to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour. Drain the stock and add seasoning.
