Recipe Ingredient
- 150g eel (unagi)
- Some toasted sesame seeds
- Seasoning (combined)
- 1 ½ tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 ¼ tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place eel on lightly greased grill rack, brush seasoning over the eel and grill on both sides until golden brown.
- After grilling, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the unagi.
- Serve with hot, steamed rice.
