- Prawns 350 g (12 oz), trimmed and dried
- Green onions 2, sectioned
- Ginger 4 slices
- Seasoning Mix:
- Premium Soy Sauce /Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Wine 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Deep-fry prawns in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
- Saute green onions and ginger in 2 tbsp oil. Add prawns and seasoning mix. Stir well quickly.
