Recipe Ingredient
- 150g prawns
- 1 big onion, diced
- 1 red chilli, seeded and sliced
- 1 green chilli, seeded and sliced
- 25g carrots, finely chopped
- 1 potato, boiled and mashed
- 1 egg yolk
- Seasoning:
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- A dash of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp ikan bilis stock granules
- (B):
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Sauce (mix):
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Combine (A) well.
- Add in seasoning.
- Blend in (B).
- Shape into small patties.
- Coat lightly with beaten egg white and dip into bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until lightly browned.
- Drain and serve with sauce.
