Recipe Ingredient
- 500g fish fillet
- Seasoning (A)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp beaten egg
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Seasoning (B)
- 75g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100ml water
Instructions
- Cut fish fillet into thick slices and marinate with seasoning (A) for at least 20-25 minutes.
- Combine ingredients (B) in a small bowl into a thick batter.
- Dip the seasoned fish slices into batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
