Recipe Ingredient
- 250g fish fillet (garoupa or seabass)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- (A):
- 200g borlotti beans (canned)
- 1 tomato, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 5 pieces cocktail chicken sausages, halved and sliced at a slant
- (B) Marinade for fish:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of salt and sugar
- Pinch of pepper
- (C) Sauce:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate fish with (B) for 10 minutes.
- Combine (C) with ingredients (A) and fish. Mix thoroughly. Wrap in lightly greased tin foil and place in an oven toaster. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked.
- Serve with toasted white bread or toasted, sliced french loaf.
