Recipe Ingredient
- 200g prawn
- 1 big onion, cut into rings
- 1 pip garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 6 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Garnishing:
- Chopped spring onion
Instructions
- Heat oil and fry garlic, onion rings, chilli flakes and cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes.
- Then add in prawn and salt. Stir till slightly curled for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and drizzle lime juice and sprinkle spring onion.
- Substitute chilli flakes with fresh red chillies.
