Recipe Ingredient
- 200g squid, cleaned
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 6 tbsp oil
- Blend:
- 4 red chillies
- 3 pips garlic
- 3 shallots
Instructions
- Heat oil and fry blended ingredients for 5 minutes or until aromatic.
- Mix in dark soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Stir for a minute.
- Add squid. Stir till well mixed and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with warm white rice.
