Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g squid, cleaned
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • Blend:
  • 4 red chillies
  • 3 pips garlic
  • 3 shallots

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry blended ingredients for 5 minutes or until aromatic.
  2. Mix in dark soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Stir for a minute.
  3. Add squid. Stir till well mixed and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with warm white rice.
