Recipe Ingredient
- 300g threadfin (use tail portion), washed and drained
- 300g half ripe papaya, peeled, seeds removed and cut into cubes
- 3 slices ginger
- 500ml water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Except for salt, combine all other ingredients in a double-boiler or heatproof bowl. Double-boil for 1½ hours. Add salt and remove from heat.
- Serve the soup hot.
