- Black Glutinous Rice:
- 200g black glutinous rice, wash and soak for 1 hour
- 60g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 300g water
- 5g salt
- 2pcs pandan
- Yogurt:
- 450g fernleaf natural yogurt
- 50g condensed milk
- To Serve:
- assorted fruits, misc
- assorted jelly, misc
- granola (optional)
- 6tbsp coconut milk
Instructions
- Wash and soak black glutinous rice for 2-3 hours then strain
- Put all ingredients in rice cooker and cook accordingly. After cooking, let it cool then keep chill until needed
- In a mixing bowl, mix everything until combine
- In a serving bowl, spoon black glutinous rice then spoon about 80g yogurt
- Arrange assorted fruits and jelly around it, and sprinkle some granola
- Last drizzle a tbsp of coconut milk around and serve. Enjoy!
