- Cream Cheese Topping:
- 50g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 75g Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
- 25g sugar
- 250g Anchor Whipping Cream
- Egg Mixture:
- 2nos whole egg
- 60g Anchor Whipping Cream
- 60g Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
- vanilla essence, misc
- 20g sugar
- 8pcs sandwich bread
- strawberry jam, misc
- 100g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- fresh strawberry, misc
Instructions
- Warm cream cheese in microwave for 10-15 seconds
- Using hand blender or blender, blend cream cheese, milk, sugar together, then strain
- Add into Anchor Whipping cream, keep in chiller until need
- Using hand mixer or mixer with whisk attachment, whip until thick and pourable consistency. Wrap and keep in chiller all time
- Spread strawberry jam on bread then top with 1 slice of bread
- In a mixing bowl, mix well the egg, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla essence
- Prepare non-stick pan, heat butter on medium heat
- Dip strawberry sandwich bread into egg mixture, 1 at a time, soak both sides
- Pan sear both side and all sides until golden brown. Remove toast then lay on kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil. Allow to cool slightly before topping it with cream cheese topping.
- Lastly, garnish with fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
