- Chicken Marinade:
- 1 pc chicken breast
- 100ml Anchor UHT Milk
- 5g garlic powder
- 5g onion powder
- 10g sriracha sauce
- 5g pepper
- 50g onions (sliced)
- Sriracha Sauce:
- 100g Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 5g garlic powder
- 5 onion powder
- 30g sriracha sauce
- 5g pepper
- Assembly:
- 1 nos chicken breast
- 50g saute onion
- 30g sriracha sauce
- 100g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
- 15g Perfect Italiano Parmesan
Instructions
- Mix Anchor UHT Milk, onion powder, onion powder, sriracha sauce and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinade chicken in mixture for 15 minutes.
- Oven bake chicken at 180C for 5 minutes and set aside to cool
- In the same pot, saute sliced onions and set aside.
- Mix all ingredients in a pot and cook until thicken.
- Set aside.
- Slice chicken breast and set aside.
- Spread Sriracha Sauce on the pizza.
- Add 40% Anchor Extra Stretch and Chicken breast, onions.
- Top up with 60% Anchor Extra Stretch and bake at 240C (fan speed 4) for 4 minutes.
- Take out from combi oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Add more Sriracha Sauce on top of chicken breast slices and serve.
