- Tomato Salsa:
- 60g diced ripe tomato
- 20g bombay onion
- 30ml olive oil
- Salt & course black pepper, to taste
- Cream Cheese Dressing:
- 80g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 80ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- Salt & course black pepper, to taste
- To Assemble :
- 2 pieces tortilla skin
- 2tbsp prepared Cream Cheese Dressing
- Two handful sliced mix lettuce
- 240g sliced smoked chicken
- 40g/tortilla prepared Tomato Salsa
Instructions
- Mix all diced tomato, bombay onion, olive oil & salt & pepper & keep it aside for later use.
- Add Anchor Cream Cheese together with Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream and whisk it both until smooth, then season with salt and coarse black pepper to taste.
- Take a piece of tortilla and place it on a chopping board.
- Next, spread the top of the tortilla with the cream cheese dressing.
- Then top with sliced mix lettuce, slices of smoked chicken & lastly finish with tomato salsa.
- Fold the tortilla nicely & tightly.
- To serve, simply cut the prepared tortilla into half and serve it with a small bowl of cream cheese dressing top with tomato salsa. Enjoy!
