- 200g all purpose flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 2g baking soda
- 2g salt
- 115g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 80g sugar
- 80g brown sugar
- 50g egg
- 10g red food colouring
- 10g lemon juice
- 150g chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C
- In a mixing bowl, mix and sift all the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together
- In a separate bowl, cream the Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
- Add in the egg, red food colouring and lemon. Mix well
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and flours until mix well
- Spread on a cast iron pan. (Optional: sprinkle white chocolate chips on top
- Bake in oven for 18 to 20 minutes
- When ready, serve warm or with a scoop of ice cream
