- 140g black glutinous rice
- 140g glutinous rice
- 340g water
- 200g chicken floss
- 10pcs Anchor Processed Cheese
- 5pcs Cakoi (Youtiao)
Instructions
- Mix up both of glutinous rice then wash the rice
- After washing the rice, soak the rice with water for 15 minutes before cook in a rice cooker
- When the rice is done, let cool down for 15 minutes
- Place a piece of plastic wrap on top of chopping board then spread the rice evenly with a spatula an form a square shape
- Put a piece of cakoi, Anchor Processed Cheese on top and also chicken floss then wrap the rice roll tightly
