Recipe Ingredient
- 500 gram anchor cream cheese
- 180 gram castor sugar
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 200 gram eggs (without shell)
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 150 gram pineapple jam
- Pineapple slice
- 9 pieces marie biscuit
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200°c
- Beat anchor cream cheese with castor sugar until sugar disolved
- Add eggs one by one and beat the ingredients
- Add whipping cream and vanilla essence and mix again
- Add all purpose flour and beat until the ingredients mix well
- Chopped marie biscuit and add into batter
- Pour half batter into prepared casing mould
- Layer pineapple jam and cover with another half batter
- Add puneapple slice on top
- Baked for 40 minutes at 200°c
- Chill for 4 hours and ready to served
