- 110g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 100g castor sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 250g creamy peanut butter
- 50g egg, A size
- 5g baking soda
- 5g baking soda
- 5g vanilla essence
- 5g salt
- 185g low protein flour
- Garnishing & Choco Dip:
- Colourful Chocolate Sprinkles
- 300g dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a mixer add butter, castor sugar, brown sugar, beat both sugar until combines.
- Next, add in peanut butter and egg, beat again until creamy .
- Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence & give it a good mix until all ingredients combines.
- Cling wrap the cookie dough & store in chiller for at least 45minutes.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Measure the cookie dough 10gm each.
- Shape it round & slightly press with fork.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15minutes.
- Note: Baking time will be diffrence depending on oven type, quality & brand.
