- 1 nos of papaya
- Cream Pudding:
- 300g Anchor Whipping Cream
- 100g Anchor UHT Milk
- 40g sugar
- 5g vanilla essence
- 5g agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Prepare papaya by slicing it in half and removing the seeds
- In a pot, warm up Anchor Whipping Cream and Anchor UHT Milk
- Add in sugar and agar-agar powder
- Cook until sugar and agar powder dissolve
- Add vanilla essence once sugar dissolves
- Pour mixture into halves of papaya and set aside to cool
- Once cooled, slice and serve chilled
