- Bread Dough
- 250g High Protein Flour
- 25g Sugar
- 2g Salt
- 3g Instant Yeast
- 20g Whole Egg
- 140g Cold Water
- 30g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- Topping and Filling
- 6pcs Anchor Processed Cheese
- 30g Pumpkin Seed
- 30g Melon Seed
Instructions
- Put the flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, egg and cold water in a mixing bowl then mix to become a dough
- Add in the softened Anchor Unsalted Butter mix until the dough becomes smooth and fully developed
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes, then divide into 2 doughs then round and rest for another 10 minutes
- Roll the dough into rectangular shape and wrap in the Anchor Processed Cheese and roll it up
- Spray water on top of the dough then dip with the seed and put into a bread tin
- Proof the dough at room temperature or in a bread proofer until the dough becomes double its size
- Make long cuts on the surface of the dough
- Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
