- 12g white coffee mix
- 70g sugar
- 2g salt
- 60g Anchor UHT Milk
- 200g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 50g ground almonds
- 3g cocoa powder
- 250g cake flour
- chocolate chips, misc
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160C
- In a microwavable bowl, heat up the milk until warm, and dissolve white coffee mix, half sugar, and salt together
- In a mixing bowl, whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy, and add in the milk mixture
- Sift in ground almond, cocoa powder, and cake flour and mix well
- Pipe onto a tray and add chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
- Set aside to cool before serving
