- Cookie Dough
- 120g Jumbo Raisin
- 170g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 185g Brown Sugar
- 8g Vanilla Essence
- 100g All Purpose Flour
- 3g Baking Soda
- 3g Salt
- 3g Ground Cinnamon
- 1g Ground Nutmeg
- 270g Oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 Celsius
- Cream Anchor Unsalted Butter and brown sugar together with an electric mixer
- Add in vanilla essence and continue to whisk
- Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg and fold it in using a rubber spatula
- Last add in the oats and jumbo raisins
- Divide and shape them into bite size cookies. Arrange them neatly onto a baking tray
- Bake for 20 minutes at 170 Celsius
