- Chicken Marinade
- 400g Boneless Chicken Breast
- 12g Salt
- 12g Pepper
- 80g Cornstarch
- 15g Onion Powder
- Sauce
- 10g Garlic Minced
- 25g Sugar
- 10g Sesame Oil
- 50g Gochujang Sauce
- 25g Soy Sauce
- 100g Anchor Extra Yield
- Other
- 1nos Wrap
- Lettuce, as needed
- Onion, as needed
- Yellow Capsicum, as needed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sliced chicken breast, salt, pepper, cornstarch and onion powder
- Marinade for at least 1 hour
- Pan sear chicken in a skillet for 2 minutes, and turn to another side for another 2 minutes
- Prepare the sauce
- Saute minced garlic, and deglaze with vinegar
- Stir in the sesame oil, sugar, gochujang sauce and soy sauce
- Add in Anchor Extra Yield and mix to thicken
- Bring to a simmer, and add in seared chicken breast
- Simmer chicken breast in the sauce for another 5 minutes
- Remove chicken and prepare the wrap
- Add sliced lettuce, onions and yellow capsicum
