- Cream Soup Base
- 500g water
- 100g Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 20g chicken stock powder
- 2g salt
- 1g coarse black pepper
- 1g chopped chives
- Other Ingredients
- 1kg water
- 450g udon noodles
- 180g fish balls (9 x 20g/pc)
- 3g roasted black & white sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a pot, add in water, cream, cook until simmer & then add salt, chicken stock & chives, set aside
- Boil water & then add in Udon noodles & fish ball for 2 minutes, slightly drain & add into bowl
- Add prepared cream soup base, arrange with fish balls & sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
