- Miso Mushroom
- 100g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 10g Garlic, chopped
- 10g Onion, chopped
- 300g Mushroom, chopped
- 30g Miso Paste
- 10g Soy Sauce
- 250g Anchor Extra Yield
- 1nos Wrap
- As needed, Lettuce
- As needed, Onion
- As needed, Yellow Capsicum
Instructions
- In a pan, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and saute garlic and onions
- Add in chopped mushrooms and cook until well coated
- Stir in the miso paste and soy sauce
- Mix well and cook until fragrant
- Add in Anchor Extra Yield and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat
- Remove mushrooms and prepare the wrap
- Add sliced lettuce, onions and capsicum
