- Chicken Marinade & Sauce
- 500g Boneless Chicken Breast
- 250g Anchor UHT Milk
- 15g Ginger Paste
- 15g Garlic Paste
- 3g Red Chilli Powder
- 3g Cumin Powder
- 3g Coriander Powder
- 3g Garam Masala Powder
- Salt, as needed
- 80g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 30g Vegetable Oil
- 50g Onion
- 80g Tomato Puree
- 150g Cashew Nut (blended)
- 240g Anchor Extra Yield
- Other
- 50g Fried Rice
- 50g Roasted Broccoli
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix chicken breast, Anchor UHT Milk, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder and salt. Marinade for 24 hours
- In a pot, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and mix in vegetable oil
- Saute onions and add in tomato puree and blended cashew nut in water
- Add in chicken and the marinade, and cook for 10 minutes
- Add in Anchor Extra Yield and cook to simmer for 15 minutes
- When ready, serve with fried rice and roasted broccoli
