- 100g Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 15g fresh lemon juice
- 2g salt
- 5g sugar
- 2g coarse black pepper
- 1g dry parsley
- 3g garlic powder
- 200g sliced japanese cucumber
- 20g sliced red onions
- 30g cherry tomatoes
- 2g fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, pour in Anchor Extra Yield, lemon juice, salt, sugar, black pepper, parsley and garlic powder. Mix well, and chill the dressing
- Arrange cucumber, onion, cherry tomato on a plate then drizzle with the prepared salad dressing. Garnish with basil and serve, enjoy!
