- 180g sugar
- 400g Anchor UHT Milk
- 250g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 100g Anchor Whipping Cream
- 250g sugar
- 250g eggs
- 5g vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In a pan, caramelised sugar until golden
- Pour into a 9" cake pan
- In a pot, warm Anchor UHT Milk, Anchor Whipping Cream, and Anchor Cream Cheese and sugar until fully dissolved
- Stir the eggs into the warm mixture, and blend until smooth
- Sieve and pour mixture into the 9" pan, and bake in water bath for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Remove from water bath, and cool overnight
- Unmold from pan and pour into a deep dish
